At Love, Zero Negative, Inc., we believe that a clean home leads to a clearer mind. We design and curate our home cleaning essential tools—including our high-durability toilet brushes, precision crevice cleaning brushes, and streak-free glass squeegees—to make your daily routines smooth and satisfying. However, if a product does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, our hassle-free return policy ensures you can shop with total confidence.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package to request a return.

To be eligible for a standard return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received it.

  • Items must be in their original packaging, including all tags, protective guards, and accessories.

  • You will need to provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Note regarding cleaning hygiene tools: For safety and hygiene reasons, items such as toilet brushes or crevice brushes that show signs of usage or contact with liquid/cleaning agents cannot be accepted for return unless they arrived defective.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos of the item(s), and the reason for the return.

  2. Review & Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will send you specific authorization details and instructions on where and how to send your package.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit. Please send your authorized return package directly to our physical returns facility:

Please note: Items returned to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., received a broken glass squeegee or the wrong item model), Love, Zero Negative, Inc. will cover all return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.

  • Change of Mind / Preference Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for paying the direct cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Roanoke warehouse, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
